Subscriptions begin after the 7-day free trial and renew monthly at $9.99 unless canceled. Cancel anytime from account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal.
Due to the digital nature of the App, all sales are final after the trial. Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be submitted to billing@hercrown.app within 14 days of charge.
One account per user. Sharing account credentials is prohibited. We may suspend accounts showing fraudulent activity.
Be respectful in any community feature. Hate speech, harassment, or spam will result in immediate account termination.
Active account data is retained for the life of the account. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
Suspected security issues should be reported to security@hercrown.app. We follow responsible disclosure practices.
We may revise these policies. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
